It’s the night before Christmas. A time for family tradition.
A small family and close friends gather around the bare kitchen table to
share a slow cooked roast and relax before the busy day that follows.
Ricotta crostini with chestnut & thyme honey, a roasted rosemary lamb with
loads of veges, and a rich bourbon chocolate cake with strawberries & cream.
It’s a night for comfy clothes, a round of cards, and long talks on the couch.
